Navigating the intricate landscape of human resource management has always been a daunting task. While HR has certainly grown more proficient over the years, there's scarce systematic evidence to confirm the effectiveness of its various 'ideal' configurations or its multitude of best practices. Meanwhile, our challenges are mounting, with demands pouring in from all directions, and a growing need for responsible engagement with societal crises.
