With over 25 years in Human Resources, Horace has held key leadership roles on the global stage. Notable positions include serving as the Head of Human Resources for Continental Europe and as the Head of Global Mobility, overseeing 7,500 expatriates across 80 countries. His career has encompassed renowned organizations such as Schlumberger, a world-leading provider of technology and project management solutions in the oil and gas industry, as well as American Tower, Cargill, MasterCard, and McDonald’s.
Horace’s expertise extends across various HR domains, including talent management and development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and HR policy development. He has also played a pivotal role in launching and integrating operations for numerous start-ups in the Americas, Europe, and globally, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.
